Shipping Policy

General

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable or out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you about back-ordered items or issue a refund if the stock discrepancy cannot be resolved.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The payment collected at the time of purchase is the final shipping cost — there are no hidden charges.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

Address Changes

Delivery address changes are possible before dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. P.O. box addresses can only be shipped via postal services.

Out of Stock Items

In-stock items are dispatched immediately. Any remaining out-of-stock items from your order will be shipped upon restocking. You may use the "Notify Me" button on product pages to receive availability alerts.

Returns — Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you must request a return within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

  • Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit, excluding original shipping costs.

Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Customers prepay return shipping; this cost is reimbursed upon successful claim approval. Processing takes up to 7 business days, with options for:

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject the delivery if possible. If you have already accepted the parcel, contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage for resolution.

Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is included in all displayed prices. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Orders refused due to unpaid duties will be returned at the customer's expense; refunds exclude initial shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Contact our support team with your order ID to request a cancellation.

Insurance

All shipments include insurance coverage up to the courier's stated parcel value. Claims are processed based on investigation outcomes.
